Giaudrone Middle School

Students may enter through the gym doors or the bus entry zone and have breakfast in the cafeteria. When finished with breakfast students will enter the gym and find a seat on the bleachers 3-ft social distancing for each grade level: 8th on the northside, 7th in the auxiliary gym, and 6th on the southside. Students will locate the “red dot” on the bleacher to sit down on to be 3-ft social distancing. Students may go directly to the gym if they are not having breakfast. Food and drinks will remain in the cafeteria. When the dismissal bell rings students will do directly to their 1st period class.

Students who have a medical appointment in the morning or who are late to school will need to visit the attendance secretary in the office for an entry slip to class. Entry slips will be given to the teacher.

Students will have 5 minutes to walk from one class to the next when the bell rings. Students will carry backpacks with all their supplies from class to class.

Giaudrone students are offered sports, clubs, and other activities after school.

Athletics: Monday-Friday from 3-5 p.m. (September-May; registration, physical, ASB needed)

Husky Center (YMCA): Monday-Thursday from 3-4:45 p.m. (September-May; free application for clubs, tutoring, dinner)

Transportation will be provided for students participating in athletics or the Husky Center. Busses will drop students off at the nearest elementary school in the Giaudrone bus zone (Reed, Whitman, Mann, Madison). Activity busses will depart at 5:15 p.m.
